Ian and the kitchen cook every roast fresh on Sunday. Each one comes with roast potatoes, buttered greens, onion gravy, glazed carrots, braised red cabbage and a proper Yorkshire pudding.

Make an afternoon of it
Start with small plates to share, add extra roast potatoes or cauliflower cheese, and finish with sticky toffee pudding or our spiced plum and apple crumble.
Bring the dog: they are welcome on the lower terrace, the deck and in the bar, just not in the restaurant.

What time is Sunday lunch served?
Our Sunday roasts are served from 1pm to 7pm. Before that, Sunday brunch runs from 10am to 12:30pm, and the bar stays open until 11pm.
What comes with a Sunday roast?
Every roast comes with roast potatoes, buttered greens, onion gravy, glazed carrots, braised red cabbage and a Yorkshire pudding.
Do you have a vegetarian or vegan Sunday roast?
Yes. Our tandoori-spiced cauliflower with harissa is served as a full roast and can be made vegan on request. The wild mushroom and truffle risotto is vegan too.
Can you do a gluten free Sunday lunch?
All of our roasts can be made gluten free on request. Just tell your server when you order and they will check everything with the kitchen.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Dogs are welcome on the lower terrace, the deck and in the bar, just not in the restaurant.
Do I need to book?
Sundays are busy, so booking is the best way to guarantee a table, especially for larger groups. You can book online in a couple of minutes.
