Who can see what

• Manager: everything, including prices, quotes, payments and this page. For Szabina and Ross.
• Duty manager: bookings and run sheets with customer contact details, but no prices or payments.
• Kitchen: run sheets and the calendar. They see what the food costs, but no room hire, drinks, payments or customer phone numbers.
• Accounts: the Accounts tab only, for Laura. Money received, VAT quarters and payouts, nothing else.

Works on sets which floors someone sees: The Cliff (functions upstairs), Coast (large tables downstairs) or both. Directors always see both. Duty managers on Coast see phone numbers but not deposits.
